Table Saw Jigs
Three different types of jigs have been designed
- A Cross Cut Sled
- It is easier and safer to make small and accurate cuts for small pieces of wood. Your workpiece will be held in place with the T-tracks and clamps or other attachments.
- It is possible to make repeatable precise cuts, by means of the aluminium profile. Indeed, the aluminum profile fence allows us to use accessories such as miter track stops or hold down clamps. The profile can also be extended to hold larger workpieces
- The cut made with a table saw sled is always perfectly square.
- A “Vertical” Jig
- Such type of jig is very convenient to make open slot mortise, bridle joint, castle joint - shown on the figures, etc.
- Several Box Joint Jigs
- Different box joint jigs - also called finger joints, having different sizes, are shown on figures.
- The first is a fixed one: the “blade” size
- The others display one sliding support with different jigs according to the desired size of the finger joint. The screws are used to tune the jig move according to the finger joint size.
